    Absolutely correct....but those leases are owned by minnows and easily bought with loose change by the two titans pfft.....if and a biggish if...the drill result pass muster and the landowners (pretty smick farmland most of that)can be brought onside blah blah....but your spot on...it is the reefs. Anyhoo back to my cave....cheers
