It certainly does, as unlike normal companies, a property trust's Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit is actually a reasonably reliable measure of the share value.
Of course, theres no guarentee the NAV per unit won't deteriate again at 30 June 09 and I suspect thats what the market is worried about.
Clearly the market has priced in a portfolio fire sale at $0.12.
