    IIF has a lot of property on the market, yields in current environment for a keen seller depending on the terms of the lease are approaching 9.00 to 10.00%

    IIF has also a large complex at Ingleburn with a new lease to Aust Retail Discoiunrers (Go-Lo) which is in administration.

    The Lidcome property as per their website (see below) is leased to TNT and the leased commenced in 2002. Assuming either a five year lease or 10 year lease. The terms of the lease must not be strong therefore a risky investment a lot of the transport hubs are moving to Minchinbury or other areas.
