Niks with commercial property as with residential you have to take a LONG TERM view ,if these stimulas packages eventually cause INFLATION which eventually they will the building of new commercial buildings will become extremly expensive .Also not many will be built in the present climate so it stands to reason those already in existance should become more valuable
