Dentist quitting mean they give up their profit share. As I stated, many of the clients I advised, I told them to make sure the upfront amount is something they are happy with alone. Don’t rely on profit share. This is the approach many take to corporates now.

There is a class action pending against another one of the corporates that is pretty pretty widely known in dental circles. This is because of the moving of goalposts after sale. Trust for corporates is low amongst dentists.

i won’t be replying any further. You have the right to disagree but I’m afraid you are not applying any actual industry knowledge to your assertions.

Go back to Pre-IPO and read all my comments. Point out anything I have so far been wrong about with this company.

Can you comment on banking relationships with respect to the dental industry? i.e. how knowledgeable are they at lending to dental practices and what sort of covenants they tend to impose on the borrowers and any experience of how things have been dealt with when they have been breached.
