What you forget is that if they go under the leases come back to HLG and the machine licences for a nominal $1 payment which means they can then either run them themselves or re-tennent and sell the goodwill ??
Maybe a deal with a larger player looking for NSW exposure ?
You would think may TTS would be a good tennant to boost revenues and get machine income they are loosing in VIC ?
