No reason they would have heard of Hazer. Hazer Process is essentially in pre-pilot stage. RiverSimple started before Hazer as a company existed - prototype was completed in 2016. No doubt they're flat out getting their production going! Then and now, nearly all hydrogen is produced from methane using SMR. The car's carbon emissions are a fraction that of a fossil fuel car even if the hydrogen is produced from LNG.
