who wouldnt want to fund this port expansion?
$200m for 10mtpa capacity...even if they charged a measely $5 per tonne, thats $50m a year. An impressive return for an infrastructure investment
compare that to Oakajee, $6b plus for around 45mtpa capacity
thats $20/t of port capacity vs $133/t
do the maths Colin, if you want make more money through royalties to refurbish your office, it would be wise to fast track Esperence while prices are high
