The new shale gas commissioner has started her job well on the front foot. She makes her points very well. And we all know how illogical and irrational the anti frackers are.
But that is all good and well with a well argued letter. What the industry need is action and prompt decision from the government. UK shale is pretty much at a cross road and the government need appropriate and prompt actions and not letter and words.
That kind of letter wont change investors mind or their sentiments about the UK shale red tape until they see real action and results.
