As to the debate on seismicity - a sensible discussio needs to be had on the likelihood and potential impact of well deformation and integrity given the presence of and constituents of flowback. Who knows, if that sensible debate took place then maybe you could make progress, but the amateur level conjuring trick by our politicians and the industry of shouting "ooh look over there" whilst they try (and fail) to hide the seismic rabbit doesn't get you (or them) anywhere.
