Wall Street saw a good comeback after seeing few fluctuations on the previous day. US stocks like NASDAQ & S&P were seen edged up on a moderate note as key technical support triggered bargain hunting that offset weak economic data. Healthcare stocks outperformed yesterday.
Quincy Krosby, market strategist at Prudential Financial in Newark, New Jersey said: "Overall, this is still a very careful market. Until we see a package of decidedly positive data, this market is going to be vulnerable."
The Dow Jones Industrail average rose 19.61 points to 10,060.06. The S&P 500 added 3.46 points to 1,055.33. The NASDAQ Composite Index gained 17.78 points to 2,141.54.
