He is is again....the gaming minister, aka Premier, confirming he owns a horse within a 10 man syndicate and he doesn't know who the other 9 pple are....let alone that he knows anything about his government giving a $1.5 million hand out to one of the guys who owns the same horse.
If any other person in directly involved in racing at such a high level as Napthine is...by now his character would be put under scrutiny...and it would be highly likely he would be banned for lying.
Geezz it beggers belief that a Premier can make so many promises which if a court decision goes against him he would surely know he cant keep.. and now he claims he dont know who he owns a horse with....tony mokbell maybe????
