IMO it is a boost for ADE, it has put a floor under the price and beach has showed faith in the shale gas prospects. I don't think any major would be talking ADE out for a 10% stake in the gas shale prospect. There future is now tied with beach and any major going for a take over of beach will also mop on the rest of ADE to gain full control of the shale gas, it makes it a better prospect for a takeover...
