If the shale project continues along the same track and becomes more and more "proven" and some of the other projects go as planned then it could be insurance for BPT to have the right to achieve there tactical stake in ADE at 40 cents a share. It could well be a long way north of 40 cents a share between now and that option expiry time (and/or it could of course be much lower). That is the punt and why it is not $3 / share already !
