Do you think Drillsearch need a lot of staff at all? 99% of Drillsearch sales comes from areas operated by either Beach or Santos. 10 employees and a small board can run Drillsearch. Why does it have to merge with anyone. The operator does the work not Drillsearch.
Drillsearch chose to have its own technical team but they don't have to. I don't think Drillsearch has to worry about its long term survival at all.
