The last MD of this company was a raging incompetent who wasted shareholder funds on a fancy Santiago office, paying himself and oversized salary, spending no time in the field and undertaking no exploration of the properties he had. In one year this idiot wasted A$3.5 million of shareholder funds on overly expensive expat staff, expensive cars (especially for himself getting a Range Rover) and sitting out his time in the office in Santiago and in expensive coffee shops and bars in the most expensive CBD area of Santiago.

By rights the shareholder should have taken him to court or at least complained to ASIC about this abuse and misuse of funds.

One hopes that this unimaginative and basically unintelligent and geologically incompetent Board can do something to lift the fortunes of this company. However, I for one very much doubt it. Very sadly I ma a very disappointed shareholder.
