I have already written to ASIC about this management - all I got was a polite response thanking me for my concerns and asking for any evidence that I may have be forwarded to them. They will not divulge to you the state of any investigation. What a joke - One only needs to read their pronouncements through the GBG website - eg "succesful completion of Karara Project" to collect all the evidence needed for this mob to be investigated. At the very best, IMO, they have been economical with the truth. I would now encourage all who are concerned about this managements lack of transparency and reporting to contact ASIC and other authorities that control the the trading of stocks on the ASX.
