I hope you are right Nanu but if the next announcement is that we haven't won a PASS contract 3 cents will be closer to the mark. This is what happened last time. I am an unashamed NAG fan and a decent sized holder but I am also a realist. I hope like hell we get a PASS contract but I do think the distance from the CBD and resultant associated costs will be a concern to any company calling for quotes. If there are viable alternatives closer to CBD they will have a significant advantage. I have watched all the arguments about lime treatment, 24/7 all weather access etc but in the end it will come down to what is the cheapest legal way to dispose of the PASS. I think the spectre of the EPA looking closely at the solution helps NAG's bid but it doesn't ensure winning of a contract.
