For what it is worth..some.key fundamentals I look for in Junior mining/oil.gas
stocks that are non producing ..in terms of growth potential..

1.Look for Top 20 shareholders[Ann.Reports] to have at least..50-60% of stock..
the higher the better..eg..I hold NMI..where Top 10 hold around 87%
of stock..therefore any price bounce will be signifigant due to being
so tightly held..do not forget the quality of projects..etc

2.Look for quality of Management being in line with what Company
wants to achieve... in other words does Management have the necessary
expertise/success rate in relevant industry to get the job done..and create shareholder
value in a timely manner..
