Aussie Banks are in Low Risk Band

Cant loose much from here. Even I entered around $26 to $27 range but dividend is higher than Bank Interest Rates, so not much to worry (Until Unless Aussie Housing Market Crashes, which does not seems to be the case at this stage. Our Banks done pretty good job in Ramping Up Lending Conditions hence reduced the exposure to High Risk Investors.

Most of High Risk Investors (in housing market) are "Overseas Off the Plan Buyers, Aussie Banks don't lend them much money" They often sell their overseas property and buy in Australia as Australia is officially becoming the " Retirement Village for Rich (Indians/Chinese/Malaysians/MiddleEast)
