    Binone,

I agree with you in regard to both the ASX and ASIC. In the past, I have tried to talk to them, write to them, tried everything possible to make them understand that the practice of BOTS trading/using in such a blatant way, was detrimental to the poor retail shareholders, without any success.

At one stage I even supplied a heap of records, times, volume of tradings, etc. in order to prove a point and when the ASX could not handle my constant queries any longer, they fobbed mo off to ASIC where I had to restart all over again from the beginning.

I am sure that they work on the mentality that if they leave things alone and don't do anything about it, the person that made the initial move to lodge the complaints, will eventually get sick of it all, and eventually give up.

Yes mate we are in very good hands. (Or so they would like us to believe anyway, lol.)

One thing I have learnt during these years though, is that the Big End Of Town, will always get preferential treatment, while us retail shareholders, are simply cannon fodder.

    Good luck,

    Buddy
