Agreed Buddy. Unless in the unlikely event that Shell withdraws the bid, the sp of $4.70 is assured.

Now the key sensitive factor is really what is in Dart. AOE managemnet is releasing very little information on the progress on the international assets.

Why? Good news or bad news? How much of the AOE's cash resources are now being pumped into the international assets? We are not privileged to such information.

Whose side is ND and his team on? Sold out to Shell? Or Dart is the hidden treasure and the ultimate prize?

Do we assume that ND and team are "stupid" to accept $4.70, knowing very well that the international assets in Dart are dud?

Frankly, I do hope that there are other bidders to force Shell to better their offer for the Australian assets, but not necessary outbiding Shell, because I believe Dart will be worth much more than presently factored in the sp of AOE.
