    Near term cash as I read it is

    $70k in a months time for JV1
    $70k within 6-7 months for JV2
    $70k within 8-9 months for JV3

    Company will have approx. $500k in cash by end of this quarter. Not sure what all the excitement is? So many of these penny dreadfuls have these long term agreements.

    DYOR as I have just skimmed the current announcement but it does not excite me at all.
