I've been watching this stock all week and finally dipped my toe in today after much deliberation. There's nothing like a good nearology bet and this is one with quite a tantalising reward on offer for holders of BFE if SIR end up being the one's who have bought the land right next door to BFE.

Even if it isn't SIR; why would an entity that I'm assuming have a bit of cash to throw around go and buy that particular block of land from a private owner if they didn't believe it had something to look into? There are dozens of tenements in the Nova district but it just so happens to be that it was the one right next to BFE that caught the eye of this mystery bidder.

The risk is a likely drop back to 4c-5c if nothing comes of this, but the reward is upwards of 15c imo if the area starts to get some interest from other companies (especially if SIR/Creasy get involved).

Interesting times in my opinion and hats of to John for kicking off the discussion over the weekend.
