totally agree with you however it may be that past history is keeping SP down. late last year if you recall there was a failed attempt to sell the company with the chinese company that was doing a due diligence ending up walking away. IMO that did a lot of damage to the company in wondering why they walked, what did the Due diligence show? and also could be perceived anxiousness in respect of the way the whole saga was conducted by management with perceived lack of initial transparency - came out of left field and at a time when the SP was $1 and SP has not seen that since. Will it happen again?. All IMO only so DYOR. I had always seen this as a $2+ stock medium-long term and will continue to hold as other than that episode the company ticks all the boxes and IMO is quite undervalued and directors are quite astute from my reading.
