Most of the points you make that you present as apparent disadvantages are actually advantages.
Not sure what you are comparing MNF to but the initial IPO for this stock 3 years ago was 20c, now trading 9c. ENG (10 years ago!) was $1.00 / 32M Shares, now $0.016 635M Shares, Freshtel (4 years ago) $0.20 / 28M Shares now $0.016 / 369M Shares.
Those 2 examples above are examples of extremely bad management, nothing more. It is worth pointing out that those companies did not have a majority shareholder as you point out in MNF case. Seems a majority shareholder is a good thing to have, yes?
MNF SP trading at 50% of IPO is understandable in the context of a global financial crisis environment. I am not concerned and am certainly not selling when they are so strong financially.
