The degree to which the Burmese have kept this mine in working order is phenomenal. It is like walking back into the operating mine from the early 20th Century in many regards. 100 year old steam trains, tunnels, shaft head-gear etc. 

The only advice I can give on averaging is that if I am right and this finds full value then it will be effectively irrelevant. China pit alone is worth 40-50c per share on my calcs.
