RNT = Renrting + Holiday + Shared Accom.
Well Rent.com.au doesn't have to be very competitive to Real Estate, airbnb or flatshare but just need to secure minimum 10% of overall market in next 1-5 years and will be over $1b MC when comparing to current MC of successful peers.
Potential for next 1-5 years from current $40m MC is simply very rewarding for big investors (minimum 10-30 times).
IMO, risk at this price is minimum when comparing the potential success in medium to long term.
