If we achieve the target sales within 2 years, RNT should be multiple times of current price.
I have a look at REA,
- FY15 annual sales of $523m, EBITDA of $286m, enjoys double digital growth for years.
Earning margin is 54.68%.
If RNT achieves mid range sales of $24m
Earning would be around $13m
Then $13m * 20 = $260m,
RNT would be valued at around $260m, implies $1.45 per share at full-diluted base.
