I agree with your ST sentiment. Look at how the VRL shares dropped on the news that their buyback was completed.

VRLPA has risen a lot over the past few weeks since the buy back announcement and there may well be a sharp pull back once the announcement of the buy back is completed.

This may well be short lived however.

Note for the first time the VRLPA are trading at parity to VRL - no doubt due to the VRLPA still being subject to a buy back.
