Have you looked at the chart? Just broke to an all time new low. Irresponsible would better describe it - except its presumably your money.
The chart shows disappointment followed by disappointment marked by big price drops and no sustained rally. The smart money has clearly left the building begging the question - who is left holding the scrip.
