Rubik , you can't sell your shares anyway , because trade has been suspended on the stock market- ie there is no market in which you can sell your shares . Maybe they could be sold off market to Bell - that is if the want them - via an off market trasfer . If what you have outlined here is accurate , & if he is maintaining that the company may be reinstated at some time - why hasn't the market been kept informed of these developments that you have just spoken of ? , surely that is a fiduciary duty
