Lincoln, I have had more luck and received an email form Mark Major. Here is a couple of points that were discussed.

The I do not think the company is going into administration any time soon from the email.
They are still waiting for the NZ regulators on obtaining the titles and license renewals (taking longer than expected)
They are continuing minor work in Botswana (small cost attached)
The legal case is still on going regarding the refund of $3m as previously stated to the market
As stated previously to the market the sale of the Ghana project is still ongoing and they hope to finalise the sale in the coming months.

Maybe on suspension for a couple more months, but this does not worry me as I am not going to sell at the SP of 1c any way. Hopefully when the company comes of the suspension and have a couple the items completed the SP might be revamped. One can only hope anyway.
