Having MA onsite is/was not a morale booster.
If you want to check out the vacancies, do a search on Seek. Even then its not an overly accurate gauge of turnover because they use recruitment agents/labour hire companies for much of their hiring.
Running out of core consumables tends to be a bit of a showstopper. There are certain items that make for a hazardous situation if you run out of them in a gold plant because you can't just flick a switch and turn it off.
High staff turnover = higher proportion of newbie/never-worked-on-a-minesite operators = experience/knowledge dilution = higher risk of reportable incidents
Buying in when the SP is below 1c, you don't have much to lose so good luck for a having a punt.
