i am still heavy in aez.. my rational is the property valuations...

    i am still heavy in aez.. my rational is the property valuations have been decimated....so we are at a very low base re valuations. (if u look at valuations vs replacemnet the story is compelling) rents are still coming in, loans are being serviced, banks will not be quick imo to pull the pin.
    europe once it has settled, and i assume it will be resolved by the rest of the world, will rebound and property is a tangable assett. I see valuations increasing over time and thus the nta on aez (over 20c) buying under 5c is buying at 25% ove hammered valuations etc. Time will tell if i survive or end on the scrap heap.
    Some other possible good % returns i have identified...aqd,pno,ego,gdn...i see possible 100% plus increase on all by year end..
    cheers, now off to have baked beans (all i can afford now)
