Maybe some posters appreciate differing views on stocks they do hold, and are kind enough to 'meddle' in ones that they don't to return the favour?
In time, most people who remain in the market realise also that falling knives cut.. sometimes badly. Doesn't take a holder to see the direction of the share price, history of the company and knowledge that bad news is very often followed by bad news.
If only posters who held commented, HC could be just automated with a "This stock will be xxx price in yyy days because zzz" template - the system could just make up posts by plonking in random incrementally higher prices, number of days and positive reasons!
The opening line to your posts reads to me like you have the conclusion to your thesis worked out before you start so I'll leave it at that.
