Hi asf I think if I was investing $4.5 mln I would steer clear of companies with high debt.The main reason I look at companies that do have debt is that I am looking for a calculated risk for a high reward.I am not going to make quick money unless I take a risk.Thus I would look at a company with a major holder who holds the debt and have a significant interest in working towards profit.SYM will have sales link.
