Jonman, sorry you feel as you do. I've never changed my opinion on corporate activity being pursued through court action. I was involved with the Expectation case, and I know the facts. The only winner there were not either the plaintiff nor the respondent. FACT.
I offer no "moral high ground", merely a view point that, by the separate emails I have had, many CXY'S shareholders agree with, but not all. I've many tens of thousands in CXY'S, and this current activity gives me the vest chance of a return.
