My reference to skin in the game in the other thread - "whether any shareholder or option holder, particularly one with a lot of skin in the game, has contacted [HDY and/or ASX]" - was not a reference to you at all. I wasn't aware whether or not you held shares; in fact, I assumed you did. I hold options but not enough to consider even myself as having a lot of skin in the game, some but not a lot. Hence my interest in whether a s/holder with lots of skin in the game had approached ASX, which Maltisani answered.
Still I don't want my options to become unlisted options over an unlisted company etc and quite possibly lose what I paid for them, let alone compromise the potential to make a profit on them etc.
AussieBryan, while the call is, of course, Maltisani's and not mine, I think duplicating his letter word for word might reduce that letter's impact - as opposed to writing in to the ASX in your own terms. Others - and, most importantly, Maltisani - may have a different view.
