The last result was the first hiccup in result since Rick Stoke took over. The worst is the amount of debt and breach of loan conditions. I don't see as a good thing the need to write down an acquired asset as soon as you get to see inside properly. I do wonder about Helmsman being too influential and whether they persuaded Directors to move the shareprice down by way of the writedown to set a low base for buy out. For all that, the narrative was quite positive re the future and I bought more at 1.7 and hold.
