Citi quite bullish on the stock also. Dont have the report but citi is confident that they have fixed the issues and from here it should only get better.
Jumped in early and got a reasonble gain today.
In my view anything associated with buidling and infrastructure is a bi off at the moment but given TSE has numerous government contracts I suspect they will ride out the storm and in a few months time, this price today will look very cheap.
That said, keep a stop loss on it in the mean time!
