Norbo- i actually shop exclusively at Woolies..
it has nothing to do with calorie counting.
i actually love their home brand bacon ,shredded cheese, pizzas, pies and you name it, the whole range.
it's just that i am blessed with the 'knowledge" of being able to keep my weight way down even though it involves the above mentioned foods being ingested in copious amounts.
so what"s the secret you ask?
sure i know the answer, but do you deserve "special treatment' because you are a pain in my proverbial.
you see my best advice to you is this and it is totally free- you must learn to crawl before you can walk and running is exclusive, just for us gurus.
