- absorbing price rises reduces profit margin.
- passing on price rises may restrict uptake by new customers, and upsell to existing customers. While the offering is compelling from an ROI perspective for most organisations, there may be some that a price rise pushes into marginal territory.

As you say, this may not impact Nearmap to the same extent as other providers as they are at the low end of the scale for the cost of production.
