I doubt if the SITES loan accounted for the full value of the properties more likely a percentage . And since then property Values have skyrocketed .. So I cant see a problem there . Only problem I can see is if they dont have to redeem them, depending on the original wording . They might just want to use the money for something else and keep paying the dividend . Although I would assume under the original wording they would have to redeem if they are changing the format of the loan .
