XT trades are Cross Trades. They're done for a few reasons including trades arranged between accounts held by one broker, and the whiffy painting the tape. Doubt it's poorly disguised manipulation, more just a broker squaring his books,or an arranged trade between brokers. The latter optionbest for MVF.
