I would have thought that being the mob who pretty much invented IVF would offer some sort of competitive advantage. Honestly, I haven't researched this at all, but you don't have to dig far to find that they were the pioneers and have huge standing within the IVF field. It's like saying that coke has no competitive advantage over home-brand cola.
