Headline numbers look great: market share up, cycle numbers up, revenue up 25%, EBITDA up 27.6%, NPAT up 34.6% (beating the upper range of the guidance by 4.6%), margin up 0.6%, debt down 10M and substantial increases in both RoE and RoA. Growth was split evenly between acquisitions and organic growth so I dont see anything concerning here.
If MVF didnt meet market expectations then we would see a dump on much much higher volume than this average volume of ~600k. Only explanation is that MVF met market expectations, but did not exceed them, and JCP isnt yet finished selling its 4.9% stake here. A P/E of less than 20 is by no means overvalued for this growth.
