Yeh I bought on their potential too 3500 and sold because of the multiple conflict of interests that signalled management looking after itself at expense of shareholders. Look at history of announcements for both (particularly EDE, they were luckier with TAS) and paucity of delivery on promises as well amount of money spent on directors fees, legals and consulting (all to same place) for such small companies that have no profits.
