The Solomons are entrenched in TAS & EDE....They control roughly 25% of TAS which in turn controls 46% of EDE....They are not going to move over.
EDE could prove to be a life line for TAS.
# EDE's cash flow may support Div in a couple of years.
# EDE will likely offload some or all of UKOG if it ever lists & distributes the proceeds of which TAS has the lion's share.
TAS has roughly $2m , but will need a lot more to burn & may never mine anything ,yet there is always the possibility of extracting some value out of Vulcan....EDE is the only hope of some cash flow....TAS is not going to kill its goose.
I hold both TAS & EDE....Incestuous ,I know.
