Thanks 78, that did the trick. Now I am going out shopping for an Apple Mac. It's all over between Microsoft and me. Did you know that the new macs have no CD/DVD slots? They want you to buy all your music & videos from them. However you can get a remote DVD burner at extra cost. Maybe I'll get a run-out model. P.S my problems started after I had gone to Windows 10 and then retreated back to W7.
